Once final payment has been received, the website design ownership, SEO, SMO and SEM is transferred to you (accept for any licenced fonts or stock images that have been supplied by Sirocco and not purchased ‘separately’).
Sirocco Interactive retains and reserves the rights to use any and all content developed, regardless of ownership for display and self promotional purposes unless specified by the client upfront.
All correspondence for the delivery and supply of website content is to be completed electronically.
You indemnify Sirocco Web Design against any foreseeable loss of data when updating or backing up a website.
We accept payment by cash, cheque, EFT and Paypal. All prices are AUD, 10% GST inclusive and are subject to change without notice. All package prices are subject to change depending on the client brief, website and the complexity of each individual job.
SEO, SEM and SMO accounts are invoiced monthly or upfront, depending on the package and are required to be paid in advance, prior to commencing work. Changes above and beyond what is quoted will be charged at $165 per hour inc.gst.
In the event of orders being canceled or suspended, we require written confirmation and payment in full for the portion of work completed and material used to date, based on our standard SEO rate of $165 per hour inc.gst.
The client agrees to supply the website access information and social media content within 1 month of signing up for this project agreement or we have the right to cancel the project, giving 24 hours notice. In the event of this termination, the client agrees to payment in full for the portion of work completed and material used to date, based on our standard SEO rate of $165 per hour inc.gst.
All digitised imagery, logos and basic text to be supplied by the client or purchased separately through Sirocco Web Design.
Resellers and Referrals
Our Reseller program is only available for products advertised on Business Catalyst SEO Website. Package prices are subject to change without notice. Resellers are supplied with an Invoice that is 20% less our Retail prices. They can invoice their clients at whatever rate the choose. All invoices are required to be paid monthly in advanced prior to any jobs commencing and are the responsibility of the Agency to pay.
10% Referral payments will be paid directly into your Paypal Account and we require your Paypal ID to process this. Payments will not be made until we have received full payment from the client at which time your referral payment will be deposited.
Our Online Marketing, SEO, SEM and SMO hourly rate is $165 per hour inc.gst and we track all jobs through our time-billing system. Some additional projects and/or modifications can be offered on a fix-price basis. We do not supply timebilling breakdowns but invoices are itemised.
Face-to-face and Online Training is charged at $198 per hour inc.gst plus training preparation and travel time (travel for face-to-face training only). Our hourly rate is subject to change without note.
Unplanned components, ideas, revisions, and project scope can sometimes happen. When there is an unexpected or requested addition to design or programming that will incur a cost, we will notify you ahead of time and will not commence the job unless we receive clear approval to proceed. Additional amendments, consulting or online marketing initiatives will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
Support & Help Desk
We want you to get the most out of your website and online marketing and for it to be a fully integrated online business solution. To help you achieve this we offer an assortment of ongoing training, education, support, & Helpdesk products.
For ongoing support, our in-house Helpdesk allows for direct email and phone support on SEO, SEM and SMO services. Our Helpdesk services are offered Monday through Friday within business hours and sessions are charged at our standard hourly rate. We can also organise face-to-face training and online consulting for your organisation if required.
